⁴⁸ After Samlah died, Shaul from Rehoboth on the river succeeded him as king. ⁴⁹ After Shaul died, Baal Hanan, son of Achbor, succeeded him as king. ⁵⁰ After Baal Hanan died, Hadad succeeded him as king, and the name of his capital city was Pai. His wife’s name was Mehetabel, daughter of Matred and granddaughter of Mezahab.
